Summary:
Kimia Journey, an IATA-accredited TMC headquartered in Dubai with direct access to Dubai visa services, is seeking a Reservations and Sales Agent. This role is pivotal in expanding our Dubai travel products and first-hand supply in India. You will generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless travel arrangements for our corporate and individual clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential B2B and B2C clients, promoting our specialized travel solutions including corporate programs and group tours.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to secure beneficial agreements.
Reservation Management:
- Handle corporate and individual bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Account Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of clients.
- Tailor travel solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, enhancing the overall travel experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a travel agency setting.
- Familiarity with booking flights and hotels.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
