Job Description - Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision: As the Revenue Manager, you'll be entrusted with crafting and executing the property's revenue management and distribution strategy. Your daily tasks will involve intricate yield analysis, swift strategy adjustments, and comprehensive reporting.

Market Mastery: We expect you to be a keen observer of market dynamics. Your role includes competitive benchmark studies, monitoring market trends, and staying ahead of the curve.

Demand Calendar: Your expertise will shine as you create and maintain a 6-month rolling demand calendar. This essential tool will help shape our pricing strategies.

Customized Pricing: Each property is unique, and your role involves developing pricing strategies that align with the individuality of each location.

Dynamic Forecasting: You will provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons, ensuring that our team is always well-informed and prepared.

Distribution Mastery: Take charge of the strategy for all 3rd-party distribution channels and evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.

Business Insights: Delve into monthly performance data, providing insightful summary reports and recommendations that will steer our long-term strategies.

System Excellence: Ensure all systems are configured accurately, validated, and operating at full capacity. Our web booking process must be seamless and up-to-date.

Data Quality: Regularly review data quality, including segmentation, denials tracking, and more, to maintain a high standard of data accuracy.

Property Performance: Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical actions to optimize results.

Best Practices: Uphold best practice standards in all areas, including competitor analysis, market modeling, distribution yield management, business mix yield management, and pricing control.

Innovative Cost Reduction: Seek cost-effective distribution methods to reduce operational expenses.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Management within the Hospitality Industry.

Business Acumen: Demonstrate a natural inclination for business development and a commercial mindset.

Analytical Prowess: You should possess strong analytical and numeric skills to swiftly process complex data.

Thriving under Pressure: Thrive in a high-pressure environment and work autonomously, driven by your initiative.

Communication Skills: A strong command of both written and spoken English is essential for clear and effective communication.

Tech-Savvy: Be knowledgeable about hotel technology, including PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, and Extranets.
