Senior Executive

Prodapt Solutions is looking for an energetic Travel Executive to work from Guindy office. This is a night shift role and it requires work from office.

Booking flight tickets for domestic, international air tickets at lowest price with best comfortable to the travelers.

To book Hotels/Apartments at optimized cost with adequate comfort and at reasonable location as convenient to travelers.

Maintenance of travel reports (MIS, Ticket Bookings, Hotel booking, Travel insurance & Cost saving etc.,)

Coordinating with vendor for the flawless service.

Preparing payment request vouchers with Supporting documents and submit to finance on time for payment process.

Processing travel expenses bills as per policy eligibility and forward to finance further process.

Negotiate with airline, Hotel and external agencies for getting discounted rates.
