Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Commi I at Bangalore location. As a South Indian Commi I, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in food preparation, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met, and effectively communicating with team members. This role requires strong culinary skills and proficiency in South Indian cuisine Naati-style cooking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation and South Indian cooking in Naati-style.
• Knowledge of culinary skills and techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding and adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus
