Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordination with business for their overseas guests arrival and arrange hotels and flight tickets
• Handling of forex
• Cab booking
• Coordination with hotels for the HRS program
• Support employees in booking the air ticket/hotel through Concur/HRS
• Coordinate with Airlines and ensure all the agreements are in place.
• Liaison with Global travel team in case of concur support requirement
• Filling of Visa form and assisting the employees for appointment
• Explore and additional service partners for hotels/transport and Airlines.
• Handling/adding all the agreement with hotels/travel partners of CZI.
• Liaison with travel partner and ensure services are provided as per SLA.
• Employee transportation
• Events Adhoc requirements
• Monthly/Weekly MIS report of the core areas.
• Explore cost benefit opportunity for the organization.

An ideal candidates should be Graduate and should have 8-10 years of experience in handling this profile.
