Job Description - Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer

At Ridhira Group, which currently runs india's largest wellness company is expanding in to building a chain of resort living communities. We are looking to hire a Business Head with a strong sales & marketing background coming from Real Estate.

Job Overview:

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Organization you will play a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. You will lead the organisation development in all the HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the Founder & MD or CEO or top executive, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, influencing decision-making and driving organizational effectiveness through innovative HR practices. As CHRO you will be telling the management what it required to see the organisation grow 10x from now.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives.

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

Talent Management:

Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Drive performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Implement best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Learning and Development:

Develop comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Identify learning needs and opportunities for professional growth at all levels of the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure salary and benefits packages remain competitive.

Provide guidance on reward and recognition strategies to motivate and retain employees.

HR Operations and Technology:

Streamline HR processes and leverage technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with HRIS systems.

Identify opportunities for automation and digitization and introduce AI to enhance the employee experience.

Employee Engagement and Well-being:

Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being.

Implement strategies to promote work-life balance and employee satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM or MBA from a reputed business school IIMs, XLRI is preferred)

Proven experience as an HR leader in the real estate or hospitality, Hotel industry or a related field.

People who have driven scale up business, huge expansions and growth will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

CHROs who have seen unicoron growth in their career. Companies like BYJUs, PayTM, CRED, Udaan, OLA, OYO, which were transformed by their leadership team where CHROs played a vital role to witness the growth.
