Job Description - AM - Resource Management

Headquartered in New Delhi, India Cubastion is specialized and focused CRM consultancy serving clients across Automotive, Consumer Durable, Financial Services, Communication, Telematics in India, US and Middle East, Japan. CRM is about understanding and aligning organizational to continuously changing People needs. Irrespective of size and scale of a company, it is imperative to have CRM strategy and its close alignment with technology landscape. Cubastion principles rest on Integrity, Talent and Commitment. Our CRM consulting helps our customers in Process Definition and Technology road map. Technology offereing focus on Oracle Siebel CRM and its Ancillaries (OBIEE, BIP, AIA, OPA and BRM) implementation, upgrades, managed services and trainings.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Resource Allocation:

  • Strategically allocate resources to projects based on skill sets, project requirements, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to understand resource needs and availability.

Capacity Planning:

  • Conduct regular assessments of team capacity and capabilities.
  • Anticipate resource gaps and proactively address them to ensure project timelines are met.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project managers, department heads, and team leads to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Foster open communication to facilitate effective resource planning.

Skills Inventory Management:

  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of team members' skills, certifications, and expertise.
  • Regularly update the skills database to align with evolving project requirements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for skills development and training.

Resource Efficiency Enhancement:

  • Implement strategies to enhance resource efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in resource management practices.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address conflicts related to resource allocation and workload distribution.
  • Work towards finding equitable solutions to ensure team satisfaction and productivity.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience as a Resource Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and resource planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with resource management software tools is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
