We are looking for an Experienced AGM HR for our India Business.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • HR Business partnering with Line managers/ stakeholders for day-to-day HR issues and resolving them as per policies/practices and guidelines.
  • Responsible for submission of HR MIS ( Regular & Adhoc) as needed by group or country stakeholders
  • Recruitment for all positions focussed on diversity hiring directly as well as through external Recruitment Agency.
  • Design job descriptions for all levels with critical skill requirements in consultation with Line managers and function heads
  • Plan & conduct Induction programme for new joiners and Orientation programme of senior positions.
  • Working with HR team/Line manager/cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate submission of HR cost forecasting/provisioning / reporting /requirements.
  • Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based on Skill Map Analysis for the phase wise development of training modules and continuous process of capacity building.
  • Responsible for executing performance management system and completion of annual performance appraisal
  • Responsible for execution of all Engagement , Rewards & Recognition programmes calendar
  • Responsible for managing employee benefits administration like statutory benefits & health Insurance etc.
  • Formulation of policies related to Employee relations ,Compensation, Transfer, Promotion, Grievance Redressal and Exit.
  • Ensuring all the HR/compliances vendors life cycle managed effectively from contract to invoice payment.
  • Responsible to ensure all statutory, client and vendor compliances are adhered in time bound manner.
  • Liaison with Govt. Departments and Labour office for the compilation, circulation and dissemination of required information.
  • Partnering with Sales/Operations team for RFP process of tender documents with regards to administrations for Hr related requirements
  • Ensure all HR admin issues like Uniform, safety shoes staff accommodations, Office utilities, Logistics arrangements, Facilities maintenance,
  • Any other assignments as needed for business.

What's required:

  • 12+ years of Hands-on experience in HR Business partnering with leadership level.
  • Preferably from any Service (Non-IT/IT's/BFSI)/Retail/FMCG/F&B/Hospitality Industry.
  • Managing any HR business projects and partnering for process optimization/ as assigned.
  • Preferred Post Graduation/MBA.

Services/FMCG/Manufacturing Industry:

  • Working experience with MS Excel and ERP Tools
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
