- Digital distribution platform viz. Kotak Cherry

Role Title: Team Member – Operations and Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• To support the HR Operations and Payroll process
• Liaise with respective HR- RM to support HR Operational activities.

Activity :

• Employee Onboarding formalities
• Completion of employee personal file and records
• Background check (Pre and Post)
• Employee database update
• Insurance data - addition – deletion
• Vendor management
• Payroll Inputs records preparation
• Payroll statutory inputs preparation
• Exit formalities
• F&F Inputs preparation
• HRMS records update
• Mediclaim & PF co-ordination
• Audit (Internal and External)
• MIS

Eligibility :

• 5 years to 6 years work exp
• Graduate | MBA
• Good communication skills
• MS Excel Skill (V-lookup , Pivot ,Data validation check, etc,)
• MS Word Skill (Mail merge, etc)
• Knowledge of Payroll and Statutory laws
• 7. Prior experience on HR related software
• Team Player
