About the Role: Trianz is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Analytics and Insights Leader to join our dynamic team. The role holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our HR analytics strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to drive HR transformation and supporting Trianz's business objectives. What You'll Be Doing: Develop HR Analytics Strategy : Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with Trianz's business objectives and HR priorities. Data Management : Oversee the design and maintenance of data collection systems to ensure accurate data acquisition. Work with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. Data Analysis and Modeling : Utilize advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations within HR data. HR Process Optimization : Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and initiatives through data-driven insights. Dashboarding : Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate employee related metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Thereby enabling one version of truth and becoming the back-bone of employee-related decision making. Strategic Decision-Making : Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. Leadership and Team Development : Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR analytics professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive team success. Change Management: Lead initiatives to embed data-driven HR processes across Trianz. Foster a data-driven culture across the HR team by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead HR analytics projects and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational performance. Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HR analytics, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance Trianz's analytics capabilities. What You'll Need: Master’s degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred. Proven years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors). Deep understanding of HR processes, practices, and metrics, with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven track record of driving HR transformation and organizational effectiveness through data-driven insights. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve.
