Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, telephone screening, coordinating email correspondence, scheduling interviews and team debriefs, and managing the offer process.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals, utilizing non-traditional channels to innovate our hiring approach.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process, facilitating effective communication and information exchange with all stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed recruitment plans, including deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process, to ensure efficient hiring operations.
• Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, such as evaluating best practices in interviewing techniques and enhancing the Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Strategize and execute various methods to build talent pipelines, conduct market research for assigned roles, and partner with external vendors when necessary.

Desired Skills And Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with direct BPO or voice recruiting experience for a variety of roles within IT product companies, including startups and consultancies.
• A proven ability to source and hire candidates from multiple channels, with a strong track record of meeting recruitment goals.
• Proficiency in analyzing market data to derive insights that inform recruitment strategies.
• Experience in recruiting for a fast-growing technology company is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interviewing skills, with an ability to assess candidates for technical and team-fit qualities.
• Excellent communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to optimize operational processes for a consistent, scalable recruitment experience.
