Hiring for Director HR Global for a leading IT service Company. Its a series B funded company.
Time-Zone: flexible.
Location: work from office (3 days) and Hybrid.
Location- Bangalore

Job Description:-
The HR Director shall work and partner with the founders and corporate team to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for entire workforce.
This role includes designing programs for all people's experiences in areas including rewards, pay, diversity, inclusion, and performance management, workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
Need to look after everything like immigration, compliances, hr ops, legal etc.
Need to coordinate with Lawyers, agencies of different countries.
Candidate Profile:-
MBA in HR with 15+ years in IT Service organization, Product based startup.
Experience and knowledge of best practices in HR, Indian labour law and HR administration
Can communicate within a geographically dispersed organization and is willing to travel across the country and understand the operations first hand.
Effective interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
