Role Description

As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR activities and strategies within the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include crafting and managing HR policies to drive a positive work environment, hiring for real estate and hospitality roles, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, fostering strong employee relations, planning and implementing employee welfare practices, looking after the attendance, leaves payroll and compliances, accurately documenting employee details and enabling smooth on-boarding and exit processes.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Siolim, North Goa.

Salary Range:

INR 60,000-75,000 per month

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Human Resources (HR) management in the field of hospitality.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proven track record of implementing successful HR strategies
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
