Job Description - Head of Human Resources Operations

Location: [Sector 83 Noida]

Salary Range: ₹10,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum

Sotbella is a leading fashion brand renowned for its innovative Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) model that controls all aspects of operations in-house, from design to distribution. As we continue to expand, we require a Head of Human Resources who is proficient in integrating HR strategy across diverse departments, including technology, marketing, and production.

Job Description

The Head of Human Resources at Sotbella will oversee HR functions across a multifaceted operation. This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives, fostering a cohesive culture, and ensuring operational efficiency across all sectors of our D2C model.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance integration between technology, marketing, production, and sales.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Manage recruitment processes across all departments, including tech teams focused on e-commerce platforms, marketing personnel adept at digital campaigns, and production staff that uphold our manufacturing excellence.
  • Performance Management: Design performance management systems that accommodate the varied needs of a diverse and dynamic workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Lead efforts to maintain a positive work environment that encourages innovation and inclusivity.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure HR practices comply with national regulations, focusing on diverse employment laws across different operational sectors.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs tailored to the specific skills required in technology, marketing, and production.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with extensive experience recruiting for various sectors of a D2C fashion brand, including technology and marketing.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies in a large, diverse organization.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and integrating diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple operational areas.
