Job Type: Human Resources Senior Executive Business Unit: Human Resources, U Rivergate Karjat Job Group: Level 4 – Department Executive Reporting Line: Director of Human Resources, General Manager Reference #: U-JD-HR-004 Basic Function: Ensure the effectiveness of day to day running of the human resources department by ensuring the administration and company policies and procedures are followed whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction. Responsible for people development systems – develop training programs; to conduct general training program; to coordinate the overall training function; and to research, monitor and evaluate training activities. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment of all employees and interviewing compared with current knowledge of labour market trends and the sourcing of possible candidates. 2. Monitor and maintain effective probation and annual appraisal system for all employees. 3. Ensure effective maintenance of accurate and confidential employee files. 4. Ensure effectiveness of the use of system-HR function for all employees 5. Maintain computerized applicant register and applicant files. Assist with categorizing submitted applications, including processing of standard correspondence for all applications. 6. Administer and control of employee movement, probation and annual performance reviews. 7. Control and administer internal and external vacancies, including preparation and drafting ads. 8. Assist with producing end of period HR reports. 9. Update and maintain job descriptions and person specifications. 10. Liaise with managers, department heads and payroll ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and on time. 11. Assist with the preparation of training manuals and aids as requested. 12. Reception duties, including assisting and counselling with all internal inquiries from employees. 13. Ensure that all employees updated on the communicated information and development of the company through different channels such as newsletter, notice boards, poster, sign and etc. 14. Assist with administration of workmen compensation and insurance claims. 15. Conduct exit interview all employees except the department head level. Remuneration: As per industry standards, the maximum is up to INR 35,000 CTC / Per Month.
