HR Manager/Asst. Manager- Centre of Excellence (COE):
We’re seeking a passionate and result-oriented HR professional to join our People & Culture Team! In this exciting Centre of Excellence role, you will report directly to the VP of HR and play a pivotal role in providing our employees with best-in-class HR programs and initiatives at Pilgrim.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Rewards & Recognition: Implement and manage a comprehensive compensation and benefits program that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent. Stay abreast of market trends and ensure our programs remain competitive.
● Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance management framework that aligns with company goals and fosters continuous employee development.
● Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps, curate and construct learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and support career growth.
● Culture Building: Champion a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Develop and implement initiatives to drive desired employee behaviour.
The Ideal Profile
● MBA degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of compensation, performance management, and L&D.
● Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
