Job Description - HR/Admin Manager - Urgent Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin Manager specializing in Employee State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund (PF), and Payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all ESI, PF regulations, and accurate payroll processing for our employees. Responsibilities: ESI Management: Ensure timely and accurate registration of employees under the Employee State Insurance Act. Handle all ESI-related documentation, including filing monthly ESI returns and maintaining records. Liaise with ESI authorities and resolve any queries or issues promptly. PF Management: Oversee Provident Fund (PF) compliance, including employee enrollment, withdrawals, and transfers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PF regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Facilitate the resolution of PF-related grievances and inquiries from employees. Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements. Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement. Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to ESI, PF, and payroll. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ESI, PF, and payroll activities. Prepare and submit periodic reports to management regarding ESI, PF, and payroll metrics and compliance status. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants, such as ESI/PF consultants and payroll service providers, as needed. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in ESI, PF, and payroll management. Implement best practices to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (X years) in ESI, PF, and payroll management, preferably in the education or technology sector. In-depth knowledge of ESI, PF, and labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. Certification in ESI and PF management (desired).
