Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources located in New Delhi. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, managing employee relations, and implementing effective HR strategies. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as induction and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management, including onboarding, and performance management
• Experience in conducting Employee Engagement activities
• Experience is attrition control initiatives
• In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law and the ability to ensure compliance
• Strong understanding of HR policies and their effective implementation
• Experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+year of experience in an HRBP role
