Position : Human Resources Business Analyst
Relevant Experience – 5 Years & above
Qualification :
B.Tech / BE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRIP, PMP) preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR technology solutions
Overview:
As the HR Technology Lead for our HSL, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with HR leaders, IT professionals, and key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience of our HR systems and processes. This position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources.
Must Have Experience - Implementation of HRMS/ HCM on organization side
Experience with SAP Success Factors, Workday, or similar platforms preferred
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience (X years) in HR technology leadership roles within the BFSI sector
