Job Summary: Quadrafort Technologies currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored for attracting top IT talent, utilizing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and industry-specific networking events.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and negotiating offers to secure the best candidates.
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention, such as recognition programs, professional development opportunities, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting clear goals, conducting regular evaluations, and facilitating constructive feedback sessions to drive employee growth and development.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on effective performance management practices to help them motivate and develop their teams.
  • Identify training and development needs across the organization to support employees' career progression and enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs tailored to address specific skill gaps and organizational goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external training opportunities for employees to foster continuous learning and professional development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they align with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR administration tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits effectively.
  • Generate reports as needed for management review, utilizing HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information at all times, implementing robust data security measures and confidentiality agreements to protect sensitive data.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
