Job Role - Human Resource Executive

Working Days - Tuesday to Sunday

Salary - 4 LPA To 7 LPA

Mode - Work From Office

Address - 4th Floor, 316, 274, Westend Marg, New Delhi 110030

Job Description -

1. Recruit and hire candidates across profiles based on requirements

2. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social

networks

3. Formulate and implement HR policies for the company

4. Handle leave requests, grievances, and exit of employees

5. Manages and resolves employee relations issues

6. Maintain company culture

7. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all team members

8. Manage payroll input & attendance of employees.

Role-

1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist

2. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

3. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g.PeopleSoft) will be a plus

5. Excellent communication and people skills

6. Aptitude in problem-solving

7. Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

8. Available to work on weekends (Monday is the weekly off)

9. Available to work from the office between 11 am - 9 pm
