Human Resources Generalist

Work Experience: 2-3 years.

Work Location: Kochi (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating and organizing Employee engagement activities and Employee connect programs.
• Handling daily operations of the HR department.
• Coordinating Learning and Development initiatives for all employees.
• Assisting in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues.
• Administering benefits and payroll and overseeing time office management.
• Attending employee queries, requests, and concerns regarding the company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
• Updating, Reviewing, and ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
• Ensuring adherence to Statutory Regulations and Audit standards.
• Overseeing general administration, assisting in organizing events, and conducting annual employee surveys.
• Researching and recruiting candidates through different channels & conducting pre-employment evaluations.
• Co-ordinating Performance Appraisal review process

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong Interpersonal and people management skills.
• Drive to initiate employee engagement.
• Strong communication skills & organizational ability.
• Well versed with MS Office; should be technology savvy.
• Excellent in multitasking and in HR operations.
• Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.
• Experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
