Job Description - Human Resources Information System Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a highly capable HRIS Coordinator to enhance the performance of our HR technologies. The HRIS Manager will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our HR systems, gathering and analyzing data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. The successful candidate will also be required to design new HRIS processes and ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs.
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues, initiate automation projects.
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports.
  • Perform application upgrades, provide training, and offer technical support.
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Work on HRMS Modules: HCM Core, L&A, Time Keeping, Exit, Full and Final, PMS, Asset management, Expense management, Payroll, ATS, Onboarding, Transfers-Promotion-Confirmation (Org structure management).
  • Experience with various integrations like API, SQL, and Middleware.
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and run queries.
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data, well versed with yearend audits and reconciliation.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration when required.
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
  • Stakeholder management, Project Management, Data Migration, implementation and integration experience highly desirable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst in a dynamic organization.
  • Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data and improve HRIS processes.
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in HRM software such as ADP, BambooHR, Asana, Monday.com, Google Suite.
  • Well-versed in Google Excel is mandatory.
  • Experience in documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night hours from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM India time.
  • Must have a proper home office with reliable internet and laptop.
