Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist in the fashion and modeling Ecommerce industry. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. They will also be involved in creating and implementing HR strategies, maintaining employee records, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

• Experience in creating and implementing HR strategies
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the fashion and modeling industry is required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
