Position Overview:

As the IT Recruiter - Team Lead for our India operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters and driving the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent in the IT industry. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners to fulfill staffing needs and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various IT roles, including software developers, engineers, project managers, and other technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and establish hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and managing candidate communication.
  • Negotiate offers, finalize employment agreements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and analyze recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and market insights to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with demonstrated experience in leading recruitment teams.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for technical roles in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape, including technology stacks, programming languages, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to recruitment in India.
