Position: Manager – Plant HR Qualification: MBA /MSW Experience: Min: 10 Years Max: 15 years Age Band: Min 35 Max: 45 Gender: Male Locations: Hosur Salary: 10 Lacs Languages: English, Hindi, Tamil Skills Required: Exposure in Plant HR Activities. Man Management. Process – Staff and Workers Union Relations Awareness of LTS Process Migrant Worker Management Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of Monthly salary statements of all Staffs, Contract workers and Security staffs. Preparing Production Incentives based on productivity for workers. Take disciplinary actions against misconduct of employees. Maintain all documents, records, register etc., related to ESI, EPF and other statutory bodies etc. Recruitment of staff, workers and their stay. Renewal of Licenses. Other statutory works as and when required. Performance appraisal process of employees. Prepare training schedules and conduct training programmed and get feed-backs.
