Duties & Responsibilities:

Training and Onboarding :

• Conduct training sessions for new claims partners, ensuring they understand processes, policies, and technical aspects.
• Facilitate ongoing learning opportunities to enhance the team’s expertise.
• Design and prepare training curriculum on a ongoing basis to provide the requisite training aids to the team associates
• Deliver refresher training modules to identified set of associates basis training needs assessment as identified through quality audits
• Work with Operations and Quality leaders in ensuring reduction in errors and productivity enhancements on a ongoing basis

Team Management and Special Projects :

• Manage a team of audit professionals.
• Execute IT audit plans (integrated audit, standalone application audit, thematic audit).
• Participate in special projects assigned by Operations managers.

Qualifications:

Education and Certification :

• Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or Associate Degree) in Management, Business, Education, or related fields.
• Certifications such as I-CAR, ASE, PMP, ACF, CCP, CBAP, PMI, or CMS are advantageous.

Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Understanding of technical concepts related to claims processing software.
• Familiarity with property claims contracts and case law interpretation.
• Knowledge of tools like Xactimate, Xactanalysis, and Xact Contents.

Experience :

• Prior experience working on individual and group projects.
• Have at least 6 yrs of experience with at least 3 yrs as a trainer
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access databases.
• Ability to manage day-to-day audit coverage and maintain client relationships.
