Essential
Four Year College Degree (Computer Science or similar)
Experience
Upto 2.5 years relevant work experience
General
Good communication skills - ability to communicate clearly
and concisely in English language, both verbally and in
writing, and to interact with both Business and IT partners
to define, understand and evaluate business requirements
and resolve issues.
Technical Skills – Requirements
Essential
Good knowledge of C#/ Java, VB.Net, Visual
Studio, other programming languages
Experience with XML, HTML
Exposure to both manual and automated Testing
methodology and to custom automation framework
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency and
knowledge in database SQL querying
Microsoft Excel (Basic/ Intermediate)
Exposure of Agile Methodology
Technical Skills – General
Essential
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
Possesses good general knowledge of technology
Possesses the ability to learn new technologies
quickly and correctly
Able to troubleshoot and identify technical issues

Develops knowledge and understanding of how the
