Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a creative professional to join us as Senior Executive - Graphic Designing . The Creative Designer will support our International Business department by creating material that will add value to the team’s vision and advance our communication efforts.

i) Experience: 2-4 years of rich experience in graphic designing (preferably in label & packaging)

ii) Education: Any graduate (BA Fine Arts will be preferred)

iii) Key Responsibilities:  

• Creating product labels for different target countries as per country/overseas customers requirement.
• Understanding the current pack size and packaging and optimize it further while working with business manager & sourcing team for timely delivery for production.
• Create captivating on-brand visual assets such as social media graphics, print materials (labels and leaflets), and digital advertisements.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of our visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience and translate them into impactful designs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in creating and editing multimedia content such as video animations and interactive presentations.

iv) Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role with strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign, Premier Pro, CorelDraw etc.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout techniques.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within specified deadlines.
• Any Bachelor's degree with preference in Packaging/Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
