Job Description - Sr. Manager: HR and Admin

As we expand our horizons, we're in search of a skilled and seasoned HR and Admin Manager.

Position Overview:

The HR and Admin Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's operations by overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the HR and Admin Manager will oversee office administration, including facilities management, vendor relations, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support company growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the event management or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
