We are currently looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our India Operations team. This role is a full-time, permanent position.The Technical Delivery Manager - India Operations role is an exciting opportunity to work on an enterprise-level engine across various teams, providing an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a cutting-edge technology organization.Responsibilities :Technical Skills :- Hands-on experience required in Azure stack of integration technology - Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Service/Storage, Azure Event Grid/Service Bus/Event Hub, Azure ARM Templates, Azure Cosmos DB- Fluency in the Microsoft Tech Stack, including SharePoint, Power Apps, application integration, C# and .NET development patterns, database, and APIs- Able to guide, mentor, and troubleshoot with the team to resolve technical hurdles in projects- Teaming up with Sr. technical members for SOW, POC, project/task estimations- Ability to document detailed Business RequirementsProject/Delivery & Account Management : - Lead and manage the project management of multiple projects (internal & external) at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation to implementation) - Being well versed with Project Methodologies- Agile/Scrum, PMP/Waterfall, and Microsoft DevOps - Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions - Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed directions and timelines - Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as they relate to current,new, and upcoming projects Liaising with Human Resources : - Collaborating with HR to hire for India operations, acting as hiring manager for technical roles - Teaming up with the HR Manager to design, communicate, and mentor departmental and individual employee goals for the technical team - Teaming up with HR Manager to ensure employee performance reviews and annual appraisals for the technical team Required Qualifications : - Candidate having 8+ years of experience working in an IT consulting environment (Microsoft stack is a must) - Prior experience working with US-based clients - Prior experience in managing multiple teams' - Excellent organizational skills including keeping track of lots of details, tasks, and action items - Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-output, time-sensitive environmentPreferred Qualifications: - Having prior experience in growing the technical team from scratch - Managed and led teams for a small- to mid-sized startupBenefits :You will benefit from outstanding professional support and investment in your development.
