Job Description - Admin Coordinator - Nandanam - Logistics Company

Overview:

The Admin Coordinator plays a critical role in the daytoday operations of our logistics company in Nandanam. They are responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing support to the management team ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and develop administrative processes.
  • Organize and schedule appointments meetings and events for the management team.
  • Assist in budget tracking expense reports and invoice processing.
  • Act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external clients.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  • Handle telephone calls and correspondence redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. ecalendars and copy machines).

Immediate joiners are preferred.
