Assistant Manager Supply Chain

Purpose of the Job

● Order Approval from SCM end in OMS

● Allocation of Order to different WH via SAP

● Sales Order Generation and allocation

● Order Rerouting

● Regional Fulfillment Tracking

● Hub-spot SCM – Ticket resolution after coordinating with different stakeholders

● Arranging the reverse pickup of material from Employees /Schools with the help of 3P logistics partner

● Reconciliation of 3P Logistic Partner’s billing

● Tracking of TV Installations pendency and coordination with TV vendor so that installations can

be closed on time.

● To track the TV complaint calls where Schools are facing issue with already installed TVs and

align the issue closure

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors
• 2+ years experience into SCM Operations
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
