KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Role & Responsibility:

The position will be part of the central analytics team at the Bank

Responsible for solutions and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision making for multiple stakeholders.

Work hands-on on assigned projects along with coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Support departments in building, implementing, and tracking analytics use cases.

Present and discuss the results of analytics use cases with stakeholders.

Skill set:

Proficiency in predictive modeling and Machine learning (Logistic/Linear regression, GBM, XG Boost, Scorecard development, Time-series forecasting, Segmentation, etc.)

Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, and Insights generation.

Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (QlikView).

Expert in at least one programming language: Python, R, SAS.

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

Excellent communication skills.

Proven stakeholder management experience.

Proven team leadership/team management experience.
