Job Description:
Overview: As an Associate Producer for Indian Angels and its spin offs, you will play a crucial role in the production team, contributing to the success of the show by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various aspects of the production process.
Responsibilities:
1. Show Preparation:
• Participate in pre-production meetings to understand the show's goals, themes, and requirements.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop and refine the show’s concepts and storylines.
• Assist in researching and identifying potential entrepreneurs or businesses to feature on the show.
• Assist existing Panellists and help in on boarding future Panellists
2. Casting and Outreach:
• Work with the casting team to identify potential candidates for the show.
• Communicate with entrepreneurs, coordinate schedules, and gather necessary documentation.
3. Logistics and Coordination:
• Coordinate logistics related to the shooting schedule, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for participants, panellists and crew members.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
4. On-set Support:
• Provide on-set support during filming, ensuring that participants, panellists and crew-members are comfortable and informed about the process.
• Assist in the coordination of pitches, and other pre-production activities.
• Manage the flow of information between the participants, panellists and the production team.
5. Post-Production Assistance:
• Collaborate with the post-production team to provide necessary materials and information for editing.
• Review and provide input on rough cuts to ensure the episodes aligns with the show's creative vision.
6. Problem Solving:
• Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during production.
• Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate effective communication.
7. Compliance and Legal:
• Ensure that all necessary legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Work with legal advisors to address any issues related to contracts, releases, or other legal aspects.
8. Creative Input:
• Provide creative input to enhance the overall quality and entertainment value of the show.
• Contribute ideas for segments, challenges, or twists to keep the show engaging.
