Position Name: Business Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Work Model: Work from Office

We require a skilled Business Analyst who will also work as Scrum Master.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with stakeholders to map requirements and business processes to systems and applications.
• Work closely with the data team to understand the business processes and requirements for an incoming Data Warehouse solution.
• Work with architects to determine the best technical approach to address business problems.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and other technical team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements documents, process flows, and system diagrams.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Produce artefacts that clearly articulate the user interaction, systems and business processes, design intent, assumptions, constraints and risks.
• Ensure delivery of functionality and integration meets the business requirement.
• Understand how functional requirements and upstream/downstream system integrations impact the overall solution.

To be successful in the role you’ll have:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
• Mapping tools used in BA.
• A comprehensive understanding of Software Development, the SDLC, iterative development and technical concepts.
• Excellent reporting skills and experience and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Outstanding communication skills and a pro-active approach to engaging with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on Data Warehouse projects or within retail / logistics environments is highly regarded.
• Prior experience working with Snowflake technologies is also advantageous.
