Role Summary:

The Center Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coworking centers. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supervising a team of support staff and delivering exceptional service to our members. The Center Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere within the centre and ensuring that all member needs are met.

The Center Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our coworking members. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for creating a welcoming and productive environment within the centre.

Key Deliverables:

● Welcome and check-in members and guests upon arrival

● Supervise and lead a team of centre staff, including receptionists, maintenance personnel and cleaning staff to ensure that they are meeting customer needs and maintaining the facility to a high standard

● Assist with daily operations, including meeting room bookings, member inquiries, and space maintenance

● Maintain records of centre occupancy, member profiles, and maintenance activities.

● Support the Center Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and managing events and activities within the centre to foster a sense of community among members.

● Ensure that members have a seamless experience, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support.

● Ensure that the space is clean, organised, and presentable at all times

● Manage the day-to-day operations of a BHIVE centre, including opening and closing procedures and coordination with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.

● Act as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

● Manage the centre's budget, including tracking expenses, purchasing supplies and ensuring profitability

● Conduct tours of the centre for potential new members and follow up on leads to increase membership

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the centre is competitive and meeting member needs

Key Competencies and Skills :

● 12th pass, ITI or a diploma in a related field.

● Previous experience in coworking, hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing , and supply-chain facility management is preferred ( Not necessarily)

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and take initiative.

● Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

● Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

● Flexibility to work longer hours as per business needs
