Position– Conference Producer Location - Gurugram SUMMARY We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to lead the content strategy and management for our conferences. This role involves curating, developing, and overseeing the quality of content, ensuring that conference themes align with the latest HR trends and cater to our audience's interests. The candidate is responsible for researching and adding relevant content and building an inclusive and diverse experience designed to excite our members, driving attendance at company's events, and advancing company's mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage speaker selection, onboarding, and logistics for all events and roundtables, including maintaining and updating the Internal Speaker Database. • Review content for all company's conferences to confirm alignment with the theme and tracks. Ensure that all focused tracks align with the workshop framework, theme, and the overall objective of the conference. • Selection and curation of speakers, presentations, panels, and other content formats. Conduct speaker de-briefing calls for each session on the agenda to ensure high-quality content. Manage onsite speaker management. • Provide the Marketing department with the necessary information to promote events and speakers. • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to ensure seamless integration of content with the overall event strategy. • Plan the editorial calendar. • Conduct research to identify industry trends, best practices, and fresh content ideas to keep company's content across platforms relevant and engaging. ADDITIONAL DELIVERABLES • Implement and oversee a content review and approval process to maintain consistency and quality across all company's conference content. • Collaborate with the design and multimedia teams to enhance the visual and interactive aspects of conference content. • Creation of post-event content, such as recap articles, videos, and infographics, to extend the value of conferences and engage a broader audience. • Explore opportunities for content partnerships and sponsorships to enhance the reach and relevance of company's content. REQUIREMENTS & DESIRED SKILLS • Proven experience in content management, preferably in conference or event settings. • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and speakers. • Deep understanding of audience engagement and the ability to create content that resonates with different demographics. • Proficiency in researching industry trends and translating them into compelling conference content. • Familiarity with content management systems, presentation tools, and event technology. • Ability to build connections and partnerships to generate speaker procurement. • Takes initiative and makes decisions with minimal oversight. • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
