We are a Lead Plant for two products , namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

Job Description

1.Strategic Thinking And Leadership : Develop long-term vision for plant-level digital transformation. Lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and build consensus. Develop digital products and services for customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Build and lead high-performing digital transformation team, provide guidance and mentorship.

2.Communicati on And Change Management : Communicate benefits of digital transformation to stakeholders, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Review, manage, and adapt digital transformation initiatives based on technology advancements.

3.Project Management : Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones. Ensure that the plant is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards related to digital technology in manufacturing, logistics, etc..

4.Data Analysis : Analyse data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives. Analyse data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement of operational efficiency

5. Technical Expertise : Promote and implement latest digital technologies in manufacturing. Ensure effective adoption of new technologies at the plant. Provide necessary training and support to employees. Make recommendations for adopting new technologies as needed

6. Collaboration : Collaborate with teams and partners for technology integration. Integrate technology solutions into manufacturing processes. Manage vendor relationships for digital solutions delivery.

7. ITM : Infrastructure readiness as per technological advancement - servers, storage space, bandwidth, cloud etc MAE Connectivity,

Qualifications

* B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Sc), Data Science Program

* 8-10 yrs of experience and 2+ yrs. of experience in Digital project execution and implementation

• Basic knowledge on Control Systems Knowledge (Siemens/Rexroth/Fanuc...etc), Software development/Changes Data Science, SQL, Python etc.
