Job Summary:

The SAP S4 HANA Logistics Lead will work with ERP Practice Head to set the strategic direction, lead the growth, and manage all facets of the Logistics area of the ERP Practice. Will be responsible for managing P&L and financial targets, formulating the strategy ensuring high-quality project execution and a strong contribution to the presales process. Building upon an existing culture of inclusion, integrity, and respect, this role supports the growth of the team’s competency, skills, and attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and mentor a team of S4 HANA Logistics specialists and grow future skills from within based on market demand. This includes ownership of the employee lifecycle from interviewing and hiring, through to developing skills, performance rating and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Manage all aspects of pre-sales and delivery
• Build team for pre-sales and delivery
• Manage exiting and new clients
• Manage full-time and part-time team as well as partners/sub-contractors
• Drive effective implementation strategies that are based on valid, customer-specific technology value propositions.
• Manage delivery to ensure the overall success of the implementation/project delivery of SAP solutions and business processes.
• Must provide leadership and management for the assigned team, and is expected to develop an effective team that will meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.
• Mentor and nurture a team of professionals and create an effective team that is capable of solution development, sales enablement and delivery-market ready solutions.
• Work with clients directly.

Required Skills:

• 10-15 years of SAP techno-functional experience
• Excellent understanding of SAP SAP ERP Logistics solution areas: Sales, Procurement, Production Planning (SD/MM/PP/WM)
• Good understanding of other enterprise processes such as Finance and Controlling, Treasury.
• At least 3 years of end-to-end SAP pre-sales management, preferably S4 HANA
• At least 3 years of SAP project and/or program management, preferably S4 HANA
• Strong solution architecture and pre-sales background.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven experience and thought leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
