Location: India

Working USA Times from India with the Ability to travel to the states 1-2 times a year.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 SCM Lead Consultant to join our team. As the Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Customize Dynamics 365 SCM modules to meet the specific needs of each client, including configuring workflows, business rules, data entities, and integrations with other systems.
• Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, including functional consultants, developers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of Dynamics 365 SCM solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and scoping of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, and Transportation, Sales and Purchasing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing complex implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent.
