Job Description

• Lead and manage the salesforceimplementation and enhancement projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Design and configure salesforcesolutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights to business users and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of salesforce with other systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts or team members, sharing best practices and knowledge in salesforce configuration and customization.
• Stay up to date with the latest salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization's salesforce instance.
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution related to salesforce functionalities, configurations, and integrations.
• Provide project status updates, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any security or compliance risks in salesforce.
• Collaborate with salesforce administrators and developers to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of the salesforce platform.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or a related field or equivalent related work or military experience
• 3-5 years of direct experience as a salesforce Lead developer role or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of salesforce platform capabilities and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Experience with salesforce integrations with other systems, such as TMS System, marketing automation, or customer support platforms.
• Proficiency in salesforce declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App Builder
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development
• salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of best practices in salesforce implementation, data governance, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and administrators.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
