Job Summary
The job holder will be the lead in the planning and execution of conventions, events, and conferences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing multiple projects across different functions. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MICE, Event Management, and Travel operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meticulously plan and execute conventions, events, and conferences.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster successful partnerships.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects with diverse functions, ensuring seamless execution.
• Utilize strong data management skills, including MIS and business analytics, for informed decision-making.
• Showcase technical expertise in organizing international conferences, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
• Bring a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in travel operations, ATL, and BTL activities, contributing valuable insights.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to achieve operational objectives, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategically plan, mitigate risks, optimize spending, and enhance event experiences for maximum impact.
• Apply branding knowledge creatively to elevate event materials and messaging.
• Establish and nurture direct connections with Top Performing Agent Advisors, fostering valuable relationships.
• Maintain detailed records of feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring ongoing excellence.
• Scrutinize vendor bills and ensure timely settlement of all payments, maintaining financial integrity.
