Role & responsibilities
· Managing the office of Executive Director (ED).
· Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the ED Office and different Schools and Departments
· Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling
· Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the EDs office workflow
· Prepare presentations and reports as required by the ED
· Maintain documentation with clarity and professionalism
· Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and executive matters.
· Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, memos, and announcements
