As a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) , your role might include various tasks to support the MD in their daily activities and responsibilities. Here are some common duties:

- Email Correspondence : Managing the MD's email inbox, responding to or forwarding important messages, and prioritizing emails based on urgency.
- Travel Arrangements : Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel logistics for the MD's business trips or personal travels.
- Document Preparation : Drafting, editing, and formatting documents such as letters, reports, presentations, and contracts.
- Meeting Support : Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.
