We are seeking a reliable and efficient Pickup and Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Pickup and Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and secure pickup and delivery of packages, documents, and other items. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, managing logistics, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup and Delivery: Pickup packages, documents, and other items from designated locations. Ensure timely and secure delivery of items to the intended recipients.
• Logistics Management: Plan and coordinate routes to optimize delivery efficiency. Manage and track packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct locations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, friendly, and responsive to customer inquiries. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of packages, documents, and other items during transportation. Follow company policies and procedures to prevent loss or damage.
• Communication: Maintain open communication with customers, dispatchers, and other team members. Keep customers informed about delivery status and any changes.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete and maintain accurate records of pickups and deliveries. Perform administrative tasks as required, such as reporting and data entry.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a delivery or logistics role preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
