We are currently looking for a FINANCE MANAGER with Ecommerce Experience Location : NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi Key responsibilities: Manage all the BAUs like - Daily invoicing and payments, Tax and all relevant statutory compliances, General accounting and ledger management, Treasury Management and Payroll processing, including consultant payouts and payments to production staff (wages) Prepare, Review and Finalise accounts for monthly reporting to Internal stakeholders, Investors Prepare and review various MIS reports, fund flow/cash flow statement Handle Indirect taxes & direct taxes matters including filing returns, remittances, and preparation of responses to notices Prepare and update SOPs, drive process automation, and implement and streamline better internal controls across teams, including: Inventory and COGS reconciliation and accounting (Raw material, Consumption, finished goods) Revenue reconciliation (GMV to NMV – NMV to Cash) Logistics Cost reconciliation (Dispatches) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance automation tools and solutions Prepare and share data for statutory Audit, Due Diligence within the agreed or stipulated timelines Coordinate with cross-functional teams to timely collect data detailing cash flow activities, including collections and disbursements Contribute to working capital analysis, and reporting, including preparation of insightful narratives related to working capital and cash flow An ideal candidate MUST have: 3+ years of post-qualification (CA) experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax domains Work experience in high-growth startups High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and soft skills
