GENERAL MANAGER - ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting function with Shipping, Logistics, Forwarding and similar industries. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, Accounts finalization, budget preparation and monitoring, cash flow management, statutory compliances, taxation & interaction with external agencies and preparation of various MIS reports. He/ She should be conversant to local GAAP, IND AS & IFRS accounting with experience in finalization. A good understanding of Direct tax and GST for managing day to day functions is a must. The candidate must possess strong organizing and team management skills. He must have a good understanding of internal controls and the ability to train staff. Proficiency in IT (Excel/ERP) is a must. The candidate should be a through professional and have high standards of integrity.
