Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies for growth and efficiency.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team.

- Oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience in operations management.

- Strong leadership and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
