Position- HR and Secretary

Experience- 6-1yrs

Vacancies- 2

Location- Manesar 

Remuneration- 20- 25k

Additional- Sick leave, Paid time off

Working Days- Monday-Saturday (6 days) work from office

Role Overview: The HR and Secretary position plays a vital role in supporting the human resources function while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role involves a combination of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances in collaboration with HR management.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

HR Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and update employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as needed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and enrollment processes.

Meeting Coordination and Event Planning:

  • Coordinate logistics for HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for HR team members as required.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of HR staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments, conveying messages and information effectively.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and participate in training sessions as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
